Jen Larsen, Red Propeller’s “silent implementer,” is also our resident dog sitter. Her only full-time animal companion, however, is Howard, a fish who lives in a Dr. Seuss-style bowl on her desk. Here’s the lowdown.

• Name: Howard Larsen (he’s too noble for a nickname)
• Age: 6 months
• Species: Siamese fighting fish AKA Betta
• Job at Red Propeller: Zen motivator
  Favorite toy: Leaf hammock (he also has a laser-printed ocean scene tacked up behind his bowl, but we’re not sure how much he’s into that)
• Quirk: Will follow your finger and look for food!
• Trivia: When he sees his reflection in a mirror, he will puff up ready for a fight!

Oh, and he’s red, of course! (Well, kind of an orangy red.)
