Kathrine brings a unique combination of real estate expertise, operational leadership, and an endless curiosity for people and places to the Red Propeller team. With a background spanning real estate consulting, property management, valuation, leasing, sales, business operations, and process improvement, she has built her career around helping teams and projects move forward with clarity and purpose.

At Red Propeller, Kathrine works behind the scenes and alongside the team to keep momentum moving—supporting business operations, strengthening relationships, coordinating opportunities, and helping create the systems and structure that allow great ideas to become successful projects. Her experience working with owners, developers, vendors, brokers, and clients gives her a broad perspective on what it takes to navigate the many moving pieces of real estate.

Born in Japan and raised between California and communities throughout Canada, Asia, and Europe, Kathrine learned early that every place has its own story. Growing up across different cultures sparked a lifelong curiosity about people, design, food, travel, and the way environments shape the way we live.

Now based on Kauai, Kathrine is happiest near the ocean and fully embraces the beach lifestyle. When she’s not keeping projects organized and opportunities moving forward, you’ll likely find her exploring somewhere new, planning her next adventure, experimenting in the kitchen, or discovering a memorable meal—because for her, the best experiences usually start with great places, interesting people, and really good food.
