An edgy, artistic community that stands out in a vibrant urban neighborhood
The River North Art District (RiNo) is a former industrial area north of Downtown Denver that has developed a vibrant, eclectic, trendy mix of art galleries, public art, music venues, bars, nightclubs, breweries, food/market halls, boutiques, offices, homes, and more, much of this in adaptively reused buildings.
Red Propeller researched RiNo and surrounding neighborhoods, then facilitated an envisioning session where participants formulated a target audience, a vision that honors RiNo’s true artistic, edgy heritage, and ideas for integrating the strategy into the project. Following the session, Red Propeller refined and expanded upon these ideas and provided unit recommendations. Red Propeller continued to work with Crescent Communities throughout the development process and then trained the on-site team in how to best sell the story of the community.
The resulting community is distinctly RiNo, which shows in its edgy design and art collection, distinctive amenities like a main stage, podcast studio, and courtyard grilling area fashioned from an old truck, vibrant energy, and robust programming.
NOVEL RiNo is a top-performing community that reflects and enhances its unique urban neighborhood.
